Organic Modernism
About the Designer
Founded in Brooklyn, NY in 2007 by Karazona and Veerle Cinar, Organic Modernism originated in the world of vintage design. Sourcing mid-century and Scandinavian furniture from regular trips to Europe, the founders would then restore and resell their finds back home. Influenced by the mid-century aesthetic and the movement’s commitment to making affordable, well-designed furniture available to all, they soon started producing pieces for their New York flagship and suppliers across the globe. Their wide-ranging output now encompasses storage, seating, tables, lighting and home goods.
