This item will be shipped using our Final Mile delivery service. Please note that once your item leaves our warehouse, it will be delivered to a 3rd party warehouse near your home. From there, we will schedule what we call “Final Mile” for someone in your area to deliver your product in a timely manner. Please make sure that you answer your phone in order to schedule a delivery in which you will be home.

Returns:

Don’t love the item? No problem. We make it easy to schedule a pick-up for your return. Please contact support@hdbuttercup.com in order to make arrangements for your pick-up and we will make sure that you do not need to do a thing.

Aluminum care:

Wipe up spills immediately using a clean, dry, cloth.

Clean regularly using a soft, damp, cloth with a diluted solution of mild detergent and warm water. Dry with a soft cloth.

Avoid bleach or using any detergent containing sulphuric or hydrochloric acid.

Protect metal tabletops by using coasters and placemats to prevent marks stains and scratches.

Do not use steel wool or scouring pads as these will scratch and damage the metal surface.

Please note aluminum will naturally oxidize forming a thin oxide layer on its surface which gives this material its excellent anti-corrosion properties. The natural reaction of oxidization will cause a slight black residue on the cloth when you clean your furniture. This is perfectly normal and not a sign of defect.

Excessive use of cleaning agents on vintage look finishes may have a detrimental effect and should be used with caution.

Outdoor fabric care:

Brush off loose dirt.

May be hosed down.

Clean with a solution of water and mild soap or dishwashing liquid.

Use a soft bristle brush to clean.

Rinse thoroughly until all soap residue is removed and allow to air dry.

To prolong the life of your furniture, store away and cover with a furniture cover when not in use.

Clean with covers on. We strongly recommend cleaning is done without removing the slipcovers as fabric shrinkage may occur making it difficult to fit the slipcovers back on the furniture.

Teak care:

Brush off loose dirt.

Clean with a solution of water and mild soap/dishwashing liquid.

Use a soft bristle brush to clean and rinse off.

Teak does NOT need to be oiled. This will not protect it any further as it is already saturated in its own oils. Applying more oil will only give your furniture a short-term color boost.

For added protection we recommend using a furniture cover when not in use.
