HD BUTTERCUP wants you to be satisfied with your purchase. Unless noted below, if a non-rug selection does not meet your expectations, it may be returned, accompanied by the original receipt, for a refund or exchange within seven (7) days of point of purchase. Returnable merchandise must be in its new, unused, unworn. unopened and unwashed condition with original packaging, packing material and original tagging attached. Refunds will be credited to the credit card used during the original purchase. Merchandise paid for in cash or by check will be refunded by a corporate check and mailed within 30 business days. Refunds or exchanges on any merchandise for any reason are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

All in-stock and floor merchandise shall be paid for in full at the time of order. For all other orders, a Fifty Percent (50%) minimum deposit is required at the time of order and payment of the balance in full must be paid before pick-up or delivery. Delivery or pick-up of merchandise must be concluded within ten (10) business days after any merchandise arrives at our warehouse. If delivery is not concluded within 10 business days, additional storage fees will be applied. Additional storage fees will result in Storage Charges of up to $50 per day. The Customer agrees to pay all expenses incurred by HD Buttercup in collecting the balance of the purchase price and any additional charges thereto. In any event and under any circumstances, all orders must be delivered within ninety (90) business days from the time of order.Any orders that exceed the 90 day period are subject to forfeit of all deposits and merchandise - NO EXCEPTIONS. IF A CUSTOMER DEPOSIT IS AGED BEYOND 90 DAYS FROM THE TIME OF ORDER, THE ORDER IS SUBJECT TO CANCELLATION.

MANUTAILERS HAVE SEPARATE TERMS AND CONDITIONS THAT ARE DIFFERENT FROM HD BUTTERCUP'S. PLEASE CHECK WITH YOUR SPECIFIC MANUTAILER FOR DETAILS. HD BUTTERCUP IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR MANUTAILER DEFECTS OR DEFECTS ASSOCIATED WITH THE INSTALLATION OF ANY ITEMS THAT ARE INSTALLED BY A THIRD PARTY INSTALLER. HD BUTTERCUP IS NOT AFFILIATED WITH ITS THIRD PARTY INSTALLATION SERVICERS EVEN IF INSTALLATION IS FACILITATED BY HD BUTTERCUP DRAPERY INSTALLATION SERVICES ARE NOT AFFILIATED WITH HD BUTTERCUP EVEN IF INSTALLATION IS FACILITATED BY HD BUTTERCUP. CUSTOM/SPECIAL ORDERED ITEMS (includes custom/special order furniture, rugs, lighting, bedding, and accessories): NO RETURNS, REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES ON ANY CUSTOM/SPECIAL ORDERED ITEMS WILL BE ACCEPTED. No returns, refunds, or exchanges on any custom/special ordered items will be accepted. Customers have 24 hours from the time the order is placed to cancel without penalty. Thereafter, orders will be moved into production and any cancellation will result in forfeiture of deposit. Lead times are based on comm'ercial conditions, supplier lead times, supplier related issues and current commitments from suppliers. Due to factors beyond our control, such as backorders, general production. freight delays and adverse weather or strikes, we cannot and do not guarantee lead times. Orders may not be cancelled and deposits shall not be refunded due to late lead times and/or late delivery.

BEDS/BEDDING: Returned bedding must be in new, unopened, unworn and unwashed condition. in its original packaging and with all original tags. Opened bedding is NOT returnable. ALL BEDS ARE FINAL SALE.

AS-IS AND CLEARANCE ITEMS: Items in this category are sold on a final sale basis. Returns or exchanges for As-ls or Clearance items will not be accepted. FURNITURE DELIVERY: HD Buttercup can provide for delivery of merchandise through a third-party delivery service that is completely unaffiliated with HD Buttercup. HD Buttercup is only as a facilitator between the purchaser and the delivery service, not an agent for either, and has no liability with respect to the delivery service. Delivery charges will not be refunded for returned merchandise. If customers require a return pick-up, the standard delivery fee will apply. Refused orders are subject to return freight. Customers must sign a proof of delivery, making sure that all goods have been inspected prior to signing. Should any merchandise be damaged, it must be noted on the proof of delivery note. Once the proof of delivery note has been signed stating the merchandise is in good condition, no repairs, replacements, exchanges or returns of any kind will be accepted if the customer finds fault at a later date. Please note: Furniture will be delivered to the Customer on an FOB - Delivery Service basis. This means the risk of loss passes to the Customer when any part of an order passes to a third-party delivery service.

This Policy is projected to all personal information and sensitive personal data or information that is given by or obtained from any person who visits or uses or accesses the website ("User"). We reserve the right to modify or review the details of this Policy without prior notice and the revised Policy will be in effect from the day of uploading. Therefore, Users are requested to periodically visit the website and review the policy.
