This item will be shipped using our Final Mile delivery service. Please note that once your item leaves our warehouse, it will be delivered to a 3rd party warehouse near your home. From there, we will schedule what we call “Final Mile” for someone in your area to deliver your product in a timely manner. Please make sure that you answer your phone in order to schedule a delivery in which you will be home.

Don’t love the item? No problem. We make it easy to schedule a pick-up for your return. Please contact support@hdbuttercup.com in order to make arrangements for your pick-up and we will make sure that you do not need to do a thing.

· Wipe the tabletop with a diluted solution of mild detergent and warm water after each use.
· Always clean the whole tabletop rather than one area to avoid any patches of discoloration over time.
· Always wipe up spills as soon as possible and dry with a soft cloth.
· Avoid using any acidic or high alkaline-based cleaners or products containing bleach ammonia, alcohol, or petroleum.
· Avoid furniture polish as over time it can accumulate and leave a residue.
· Remove dust with a soft, dry untreated cloth.
· The color of wood matures with exposure to light.
· Do not place furniture near direct sources of heat or air conditioning units.
· Avoid changes in humidity - especially steam.
· Protect furniture from strong or prolonged sunlight.
· Protect wood surfaces with felt under-cloths and place mats.
· Protect furniture from strong or prolonged sunlight as the colour of wood matures with exposure to light.
· Any extendable dining tables should be left extended for the first few months to avoid uneven shading.
· Do not place furniture near direct sources of heat or air conditioning units 
· Avoid changes in humidity - especially steam.
· Always seek professional help if your furniture becomes stained scratched chipped or suffers damage.
