This item will be shipped using our Final Mile delivery service. Please note that once your item leaves our warehouse, it will be delivered to a 3^rd party warehouse near your home. From there, we will schedule what we call “Final Mile” for someone in your area to deliver your product in a timely manner. Please make sure that you answer your phone in order to schedule a delivery in which you will be home.

Fiberstone is a blend of fiberglass, resin and crushed stone. Handmade by a group of artisans, our fiberstone pieces are cast, sandblasted, sanded, polished and sealed by hand to ensure a smooth and durable surface. Durable fiberstone has the look of stone, but is significantly lighter in weight than stone, concrete or glass fiber reinforced concrete. When used day by day, it will elegantly mature and patina over time. However, a daily usage might compromise the sealant. Our fiberstone tables have been polished underneath, enabling for an easy top and base assembly with bolts and washers.

Due to the handmade nature, the organic variations are to be expected as standard and unique. Some of the unique features include:
• During the demolding step, some tiny bubbles may become trapped between mold and fiberstone product, resulting in visible pin-holes. These pin-holes are a normal outcome of the manufacturing process and not considered a defect.
• During the sandblasting process, you may notice variations in the texture's density, which is subsequently polished to achieve a smooth surface. This is also not considered a defect.
• Moreover, the fluted texture found on the table's edge displays irregular patterns due to the true organic nature, which is not a defect, but expected as standard due to being handmade.

Care and Maintenance:
• Clean with a non-bleach liquid dish detergent or a mild soap and water solution, using a soft-bristle brush and a gentle motion to preserve the sealant.
• Citrus-based cleansers should not be used, nor harsh solvents or abrasive bleach-based, ammoniated or industrial cleaners. In areas with prolonged freezing temperatures, cover or store inside during winter months.
